| Juliette Gordon Low Society The Juliette Gordon Low Society recognizes donors who make
significant gifts to the council's endowment fund, to ensure that
Girl Scouting will be available to future generations of girls. At this time the interest is used to provide financial support
for girls who want to broaden their horizons by participating in
trips including the Nation's Capital in Washington D.C. and the home
of Juliette Gordon Low in Savannah, Georgia. The interest from the
endowment also funds four annual $500 academic scholarships for
girls who have earned the highest award in Girl Scouting, the Girl
Scout Gold Award. Substantial tax savings and other important benefits are
available through the above commitments to the Endowment program.
Gift opportunities may be restricted to:
- Camp Sanderson programs and maintenance
- Financial scholarships for Gold Award Girl Scouts
- Bremer Science Learning Center
